Sleeping Habits

Here is my first homework, Sleeping Habits...

I ain't a part of snoring, leg movements or pauses in breathing, I take care of my hygiene sleep habits because sleep is as important as food and air and I like to workout everyday, so...I try to sleep around 8 hours everyday. I like go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every day.

I don't like the stimulants, you know...coca-cola, coffee, redbull, and all that kind of caffeine products. I avoid the classic digital clock in my room, you know this one that has an intense red color in the numbers! because I red in a magazine that it could make you lose the sleep in the midnight. Usually I don't use a pillow because always that I use it, I wake up with muscular problems in my neck...why? really, I don't know but I'm fine with a soft bed!
