A psychiatrist appointment

This is an exercise in which a pair of students worked as a psychiatrist and a patient...talking about a dream...so, here is our example...

Psychiatrist: Hello Ms. Mariel...how are you?
Patient: Well, I've had bad nights, because my dreams scare me!
Psychiatrist: Ok...tell me, what have you been dreaming?
Patient: Recently, I've been dreaming about waterfalls, once I saw two, I don't know...maybe more waterfalls. The dream starts when I'm in a river and I'm going along with the crowd, after a few minutes I could see the edge of the waterfalls closer and I cannot escape! It was horrible!
Psychiatrist: ohhh...I understand, go on...
Patient: In that moment, I was so nervous and I tried to swim against the river current but it was useless...when I was in the edge, I fell over until my dream became wack.
Psychiatrist: Did you wake up in that moment?
Patient: No, I continued sleeping but I couldn't remember the next dream.
Psychiatrist: Well, I guess that you're under too many stress or sadness and it makes that you lose the control, so...you should start to order your ideas and concentrate in your life because this kind of dream indicates problems as fear of failure or even depression. I'll prescribe you sleeping and antidepressant pills.
Patient: Thank you doctor!
Psychiatrist: Don't worry, you'll be in an excellent condition in two or three weeks!
Patient: ...¬¬
